REFUND POLICY

 

We know you're going to love our stuff - who doesn't want Great Hair! But sometimes things don't work out. And we get it. We strongly suggest reading the complete Refund Policy before making a purchase. Please email support@tifmo.co with any questions or inquiries.

Used Products

Sorry, we do not refund or exchange used products. If you have any questions about a product, please let us know prior to purchase - we're happy to help find the perfect product for your grooming needs.

Unused Product

To return an unused item (must be in new condition, never opened), please ship it back to us ideally with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice within 30 days of date of purchase. We will provide a full refund minus the cost of the shipping. For your protection it is best if you return the item using a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number.

Exchanges

We do not do any exchanges at this time. You are more than welcome to send your order back if unused, but if you want something else instead the easiest and only way to do it is to place a new order. When we receive the original order we will provide a full refund minus the shipping.

Canceling An Order

Our goal is to ship all orders in less than 2-3 business day. If you need to cancel an order, let us know asap. You can cancel your order on your own via account login or order confirmation email. Cancellations are not possible after the package has been shipped. Cancellations after shipment will be refunded (product cost less shipping) if the package is returned unopened.

You can also email support@tifmo.co. Please type: "CANCEL ORDER" in the email's subject line so we can identify the order and cancel it as quickly as possible.

Shipping Errors | Order Discrepancy, Damaged Item, Incorrect Address

Sorry, our bad. We always strive for perfection, but we are human after all. Please inform us of any shipping error within 10 days of the delivery date to support@tifmo.co and we'll make sure to get the issue squared away asap.
